Printable youth baseball practice plan

How to use it
How to run the plan
Every station and situation is explained, with setups and coaching points, in the Practice Guide.
- Fill in the top line. Date, field, how many players and which coaches are there.
- Split the team into three groups and write them on the station rounds line. Groups rotate on the whistle, and pitchers on rest skip the bullpen station.
- Pick two or three situations and one finishing game and check them off on the sheet.
- Adjust for age. The times shown are for 10U, and the table on the sheet gives the station length for each age group. For 8U coach-pitch, skip the bullpen and add hitting or baserunning.
- Write down who to watch, and end with one thing that went well and one to work on.
